"I have used many different pharmacy software programs over my many years of practice and have found HCC's Synercom System to be the most comprehensive and most user-friendly system. HCC's customer support is excellent and very responsive to the needs of retail pharmacy. HCC has been proactive in keeping their software updated and developing new technologies and remains on the cutting edge of technology.
I currently use HCC's Synercom System, Signature Capture, Workflow, Dr. Fax, and interface with IVR. I have HCC's POS ordered. I am also installing a McKesson APS Productivity Station which will interface with HCC. McKesson APS has said HCC has been most helpful to them.
