EZ-Sign
A Signature Capture Solution
Electronically capture required HIPAA signatures, enable customers to enroll in Refill Reminders and Auto-Refill programs, and use with PDAs to track receipt of deliveries.
EZ-Sign® offers features for bin management. Barcode driven, EZ-Sign requires little user interface to accomplish this very important task. At the time a prescription is completed and added to the will-call bin, it is scanned into EZ-Sign. Reports can be produced to make bin management more accurate and significantly less labor intensive.
EZ-Sign can improve efficiency for full-service pharmacies with drive-thru and delivery needs. Bluetooth enabled portable signature capture units can be used at the drive-thru window and for delivery service. Secure network connections enable delivery personnel to take signature capture capabilities with them to any location.
EZ-Sign's reporting capabilities provide the information needed for quality control and compliance tracking. The reports identify all patients without privacy policy acknowledgements, sort patients who have refused an acknowledgement by reason code, and print third-party signature logs by date, plan, patient, or prescription number.
The EZ-Sign Signature Capture system is fully integrated with HCC's Alpha-PC and Synercom pharmacy management systems.
