This supplementary support enables HCC Support Staff to provide remote control of a customer's system for diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and problem resolution.
This type of support may be initiated during a live telephone support call between a customer and an HCC Product Support Representative. Customers are guided through the process of HCC-to-Customer system connection by the HCC Product Support Representative.
While there are no additional charges for use of Remote Diagnostic Support features, users must be HCC customers with current support agreements.
