EZ-Flow® is a flexible workflow management solution that helps pharmacies avoid costly dispensing errors and improve customer service levels. Safety checks, visual prompts, and prescription imaging provide tools to manage increased prescription volumes. Pharmacist unassisted mode allows the workflow functionality to be combined into one workstation during slower dispensing times for ease of use.

Real-Time Controls

RX-1 represents an integration of pharmacy business management, point of sale, and claims reconciliation into a single platform for complete financial reporting. Access to data in real time for pharmacy and point of sale transactions enables automated reporting via e-mail that includes notification of critical performance measures in each pharmacy. The system manages informing users of transactional and operational issues, and escalates these issues to management personnel at the store for assistance in resolution.
